It was pointed out to me recently that according to RAW that when you pop smoke you can still use the machine spirit to fire one weapon. Was wondering what you guys thought. _________________ The meaning of victory is not to defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush uttlerly his every achievment and remove from all record his every trace of existance. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory. |

You know I assumed that you could not, but it does sound plausible. I do not think that I have ever thought about it.
Wow, you asked a question that was not centered around your obsessive need to win at all costs. HeHeHe LOL (For the record I am just busting your balls Cor) _________________ When in doubt.........DUCK! |

The rule for smoke says you can't fire any weapons. While I agree that machine spirit says you can fire one more than you could normally.
I still say your pulling a dick move if you try it. _________________

Agree with Mike.
Stelek has a comment up about this also.
I think the comment that says you are not allowed to fire any weapons when using smoke is the winner.
FYI the INAT FAQ rules this way as well - no shootin' when your smokin'! _________________

Is that the Dakka Dakka one used at adepticon or the FAQ on the GW site. If so the one on Dakka Dakka has a lot of issues and is not "Fully" accepted at all tournaments. _________________ The meaning of victory is not to defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush uttlerly his every achievment and remove from all record his every trace of existance.
